Jan Stuehler
Jan Stuehler has over 20 years of both commercial and residential experience in new construction, renovation and restoration with special focus on carpentry and stonework. He also received training in mold remediation and energy efficiency while working for one of the busiest restoration companies in the country. He graduated at the top of his class from BCIT'S highly respected home inspector program. He has performed over 3500 inspections to date and has received a master inspector designation. As a licensed trainer and final evaluator, he has helped to coach and train nearly 2 dozen new inspectors. Home purchases and sales come with an array of emotions, our team is here to help you make an educated and comfortable decision, making sure you have all the facts.
Blake Klamut
Blake Klamut has over 15 years’ experience in construction, including seven years’ specialization in custom cabinetry fabrication, installation and finishing. He graduated from Camosun College’s Fine Furniture Program, with a portfolio featuring his love of exotic wood and exceptional craftsmanship. He also attended the University of Lethbridge’s School of Management, where he gained an understanding of business management practices and the importance of developing lasting client relationships. His exacting eye and attention to detail led him to excel in BCIT’s intensive Home Inspection program. He has been working with Jan Stuehler since his graduation and accreditation as a Licensed Home Inspector. He is known for his thorough reports, comprehensive walk-throughs, and service excellence.
Erich Senft
As the son of a carpenter, Erich has construction in his blood. He has been in the construction industry for over 30 years specializing in kitchen and bathroom renovations. Working for some of Vancouver Island’s premier designers and contractors, as well as doing private renovation work, Erich has seen a lot of what should, and shouldn’t be done, giving him a unique perspective as a home inspector. After graduating at the top of his class from Inspection Support Services, Erich joined the National Home Inspection Certification Council and is a registered National Home Inspector (NHI). Since getting his Home Inspector’s licence from Consumer Protection BC, Erich has been working with Jan Stuehler and when he’s not busy inspecting homes for clients you can usually find him on the golf course chasing a disobedient little white ball.
Craig Bush
Craig brings 20+ years of building experience in both commercial and residential work, specializing in exterior finishes, enveloping, and custom carpentry. He has worked with local leading companies and independently earning trust in his repeat clientele both in Alberta and British Columbia. Craigs vast experience motivated him to complete his Home Inspection education with Holmes Academy and subsequent training under Jan Stuehler. Focusing on mobile homes, condos, residential and property inspections.
