Can't recommend Lighthouse Home Inspections enough. They were quick to book an appointment when we had a short conditions period. Answered all of our questions and the report was very thorough. Thank you!

My partner and I hired Jan to inspect what we hoped would be our future home, and we were shocked to find out that there was roughly $60k+ worth of work that needed to be done including a rodent infestation. Jan was thorough and candid when sharing the results of the inspection with us and took high quality photos of everything mentioned in the report. Not only did Jan provide quality service, he also was personable and knowledgeable. His background in construction really added to his expertise. We look forward to working with Jan again soon. We highly recommend him!

Every house hunting is an adventure. Unfortunately our latest one did not end well in a way. But without the inspector's expertise we would have closed the deal, and we would be today in a nasty position with enormous renovation and upgrades to standards costs. In our case we had two additional inspections for specific parts (roof and search for Poly-B) and everything experts confirmed was already in his report!
